To make sure no-one forgot to celebrate their mum on Mother’s Day, our Funeral Arranger Jenny Dalglish created a spectacular window display.
She created a banner and placed this in the window, accompanied by a Ferrero Rocher tree and a hamper filled with teddies, wine and chocolates.
Jenny also wrapped 290 bouquets of flowers which she delivered to four local churches: All Saints; Christchurch, Emery Down; St. Marks, Pennington; and St. Thomas, Lymington, for children to give to their mothers after service.
She said: “My daughter helped me to deliver the bouquets to the churches. The children couldn’t believe that they were able to give their mums a bouquet of flowers especially from them. It was so lovely to see, and I hope to do the same next year, with double the number of flowers!”
